Weldegebriel with 3 friends and relatives in Meda (Irob Woreda/district) were killed by Eritrean troops as they were returning after attending the funeral of his cousin and his uncle, also killed by Eritrean troops.

Mussie Abraha One of the youth massacred by Eritrean Soldiers in Irob,Tigray,on Jan 7, 2020 along his cousins. Mussie was a toddler when his father Abraha Zigta got abducted by Eritrean Army in 1999 & his whereabouts is still unknown.

Hagos Berhe Killed by Eritrean soldiers Irob, Tigray wereda kebele Magauma on Christmas day along with his 3 cousins: Girmay Abraha,Tesfay Hagos & Fissuh Tesfahanis.

Alema Kahsay Gidey Ali was a teacher by profession. He is one of the civilians murdered by the invading Eritrean soldiers in the district of Irob in a place called Halalise, Beroita.
